CARBIDE PRO and CARBIDE COLD SERIES MILLING CUTTERS – diamond-coated milling cutters with a carbide base for skin treatment.

They have different types of coating.

Burr description: diamond coating “diagonal lines” – promotes cooling, the burr does not wear out and is not felt on the skin, more rigid

Manufacturing features:

– the base is made of tungsten nanocarbide, which means they are resistant to temperature, moisture, and steam

– the base of each cutter is checked for radial runout and the coating is checked under a microscope

– diamond particles are additionally sieved, so they have the same geometric shape and are perfectly evenly sprayed onto the cutter

– the special Cold and PRO spray shapes remove dust and work more efficiently

Recommendations for use:

– speed: 15-20 thousand for devices with a power of 60-65 watts

– disinfection: disinfectant solution for diamond cutters

– we do not recommend cleaning diamond cutters with metal brushes; it is better to use a toothbrush with stiff bristles

– sterilization: in an autoclave or dry oven, after drying

Advantages:

– bits do not cause discomfort even to the most sensitive clients

– do not leave scratches on the nail, ideal for manicures without coating

– Manicure speed has increased almost twofold.

– The cutters do not clog and do the job from the first pass.

– The balls for the machine allow you to do a manicure even on those clients who have not been able to do it before.

– They last 3-4 times longer than regular diamond cutters.

– They do not darken after sterilization.
