In the cases and procedures set forth in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the "Rules of Retail Trade" approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania and other legal acts, the Buyer - a natural person, has the right to refuse the purchase - sale contract concluded remotely and to return the quality Goods purchased in the electronic store to the Seller.
The Buyer cannot return such perishable Goods that were unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, or the Goods cannot be returned in other cases established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned Goods do not change.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned or exchanged by the Buyer in the cases provided above, as well as if it is found that the Goods are damaged, removed and/or damaged labels, torn protective film, damaged packaging, etc. and/or the Goods have been used.
The Buyer has the right to exercise the right to return the Goods purchased in the online store www.gamanails.lt within 14 (fourteen) days from the day of their transfer to the Buyer (handover of the Goods to the Buyer or pick-up from the pick-up location chosen by the Buyer) after filling out the return form, it is necessary to submit the invoice and the returned goods and everything sent by registered mail or via courier - to the address Savanorių pr. 192, LT-44151 Kaunas.
After exercising the right to return the Goods, the costs for the return of the Goods shall be paid by the Buyer.
The Buyer has the right to exercise the right to return all Goods purchased during one purchase and to recover the money paid for all Goods and their delivery, or to refuse part of the Goods purchased during one purchase and to recover money for the Goods which the Buyer refuses.
The seller informs the buyer about the progress of the return process by e-mail. by post
Money for returned Goods shall be returned to the Buyers within 14 (fourteen) days from the day the Buyer notified the Seller of the cancellation of the remotely concluded sales contract and the return of the Goods. The Seller may not return the amounts paid to the Buyer until the Goods are returned to the Seller or until the Buyer provides proof that the Goods have been sent to the Seller.
Money for returned Goods is returned to the Buyer only by bank transfer to the Buyer's bank account.
